Refund Policy

• Course Sales: All course sales are final, no refunds.
• Coaching Appointments: Refunds available up to 24 hours before scheduled sessions. Cancellations after this window receive no refund.
• Processing Delays: Please verify refunds through your bank and credit card company before contacting support at trevor@trevorohare.com.
• Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
• Completed Work: Voice-over work delivered within the scheduled window is non-refundable.
• Project Deposits:Any deposits issued to Trevor O'Hare Productions in connection with an upcoming or ongoing project are non-refundable.

Revision Policy

• Error Corrections:No charge for retakes due to the artist's mistakes (pronunciation, etc.).
• Script Changes: Additional fees apply for revisions beyond final recording.
• Style Revisions (≤300 words): One round included, covering tone and emotion adjustments.
• Style Revisions (>300 words): Initial style read provided. Subsequent revisions incur additional charges based on word count.
